Anudhi Munasinghe

Anudhi works on the research process, designing studies and analyzing data to assess how EdTech products are being used and perceived by their target audience. Her experience prior to this role is mainly from her time as a PhD candidate and researcher at the University of California, Santa Barbara, where she conducted research on the academic gap between underrepresented students and their peers. She also worked as a Research Intern with NeuroLeadership Institute, where she helped broaden the research knowledge base regarding topics related to bias and justice, and as a Data Analyst Intern with a start-up, Clean Skincare, where she used SQL, RStudio, Google Data Studio, and Cyfe to design dashboards presenting customer insights. When not trying to learn how to run a new type of statistical test, Anudhi plays a lot of board games, with her favorite currently being Wingspan.
