Agueda leads with empathy to create the best user-centered learning experiences. She leverages her experience in research on the use of technology in education and her expertise in learning and cognitive sciences to design meaningful products that help people learn while enjoying it. Agueda has designed projects where she helps professionals navigate complex social interactions and provide them with the tools and skills to deliver the highest quality service, including a DEI program for healthcare students. She has experience in learning assessment, program evaluation and educational product development. When not designing, she enjoys walking around New York City, admiring the beautiful city skyline, and trying out new restaurants.
