Amy Jo brings over 15 years of project management, human resources, and administrative experience to WGU Labs. A Certified Scrum Master, she has led multiple development teams within a Scrum/Agile environment, focused on improving business and team process, mentoring project managers, and facilitating team activities for a diverse product portfolio. Her experience spans technical and personnel domains through benefits communications, and new hire technical training, and annual compensation reviews. When not working to improving our team process, Amy Jo writes, reads, quilts, and dances.
