Steven founded and scaled Predictive Science to over $20 million, earning recognition from Gartner as one of the fastest-growing data startups in the U.S. He has also been instrumental in programs like Dell’s Digital Accelerator and the Kevin and Debra Rollins Center for eBusiness at BYU, fostering innovation and earning 14 patents in social selling while generating over $535 million in sales and spinning out impactful ventures.
As the Director of the New Ventures Program at WGU Labs, Steve will focus on empowering education through high-impact investments and projects that support accessible, workforce-aligned learning. A well-published author of over 11 EdTech books, Steven is also an active investor and board member of startups including AspinAI, Social Lift, and Sales Innovator.
